# Venzeo™ > Venzeo™ is a SaaS platform with a secure mobile application for certified photo documentation and virtual inspections — operating since 2013, with 10M+ certified photos captured to date. It verifies the photo, the time, and the location of every capture so field operations, enterprises, and individuals can prove what happened, where, and when. Venzeo™ runs on **Venzeo™ Intelligence**, the proprietary system that verifies the authenticity of every photo plus its time and location data, and can flag device anomalies, to minimise the chance of fraudulent or tampered evidence. The method is deliberately not published. Venzeo can additionally emit certified records using open standards — C2PA, PAdES, and IPFS — on records that use the paid certification add-ons. (Venzeo uses and explains these standards; it did not create them. C2PA is a public coalition standard.) This site (www.venzeo.com) is the public marketing website. The actual application lives at secure.venzeo.com. The product is sold across 50 languages. ## What Venzeo is — three product lines Venzeo™ is one brand with three product lines, each defined by *who points the camera* and *how often*: - **Venzeo™ Field** — an organisation's own employees and contractors document work in the field, regularly (waste collection, skip hire, greenery maintenance, cities and public bodies). Cadence: daily/recurring. Invite-only B2B — no public self-registration. - **Venzeo™ Request** — a third party the organisation does not employ sends a verified photo, mostly one-time. The organisation creates the request via the API; the recipient receives a link by SMS, WhatsApp, or RCS, is walked through capture, and submits (the recipient flow is built to complete in under 60 seconds). Used by insurers, banks, leasing, newsrooms, police, and used-asset buyers. - **Venzeo™ Personal** — an individual or freelancer captures and keeps their own certified records (property, vehicle, valuables, finished work) in tamper-resistant storage. ## What Venzeo does - Verifies the photo, the time, and the location of every capture, and can flag device anomalies (via Venzeo™ Intelligence, across the mobile app and Venzeo servers). - Issues a **Venzeo™ Certification** (the certified record) that is **available within 24 hours after capture**. Capture and submission are fast; the certificate is ready within 24 hours. - On records that use the paid add-ons, emits certified outputs using open standards: C2PA (provenance manifest, server-side), PAdES (signed PDF evidence packs), and IPFS (tamper-resistant storage). - Gives a forensic examiner orders of magnitude more verification data points to corroborate than an ordinary photo — making the record more credible when it is put in front of a court. - Supports Android (8+) and iOS (15+), with offline-tolerant capture and batched upload. ## What Venzeo does NOT do (read this before assuming) - **It does not issue certificates instantly or "in minutes".** The certificate is available within 24 hours after capture, never on the spot. - **It does not apply C2PA on-device.** C2PA signing happens server-side, and only on records that purchased the Photo Certification or Court-admissible add-ons. - **It does not "detect deepfakes".** It prevents fraudulent evidence through provenance at capture, and can flag device anomalies — which is distinct from running a deepfake classifier. Venzeo™ detects photo of a screen or photo of printed photo. - **It does not publish how its verification works.** The method is a proprietary black box, refined across 10M+ reports; only the outcome is stated. - **It does not claim to be "court-admissible everywhere".** Admissibility depends on jurisdiction; consult local counsel. - **Venzeo™ Field is not self-serve.** It is activated by secure invitation, not public sign-up. ## Pricing (public figures only) - **Venzeo™ Field** — from €9/month (Solo, 1 device) and €29/month (Company, 2 devices); Enterprise is quote-only. EUR ex VAT. - **Venzeo™ Request** — ranging from 0.5 EUR to 205 EUR per report (volume discount applied); designed for enterprise procurement, quoted on request. - **Venzeo™ Personal** — pricing is not public during private beta; low annual subscription plus on-demand premium evidence reports. - Pricing page: https://www.venzeo.com/en/pricing ## Proof points - Operating since 2013 — 13 years, the senior player in the category. - 10 million+ certified photos captured to date. - Named customers: FCC Environment (7+ years), OLO, Brantner. - Security posture: PCI DSS Level 1, 256-bit SSL, 24/7 monitored servers, GDPR-aligned automated blurring. - For document fraud (fake receipts/invoices), Venzeo partners with Resistant AI for post-hoc document detection, while Venzeo™ Intelligence handles photo provenance at capture. ## Key pages - [Homepage](https://www.venzeo.com/en): What Venzeo is and who it is for. - [Waste collection](https://www.venzeo.com/en/waste-collection): Field documentation for waste operations. - [Skip hire](https://www.venzeo.com/en/skip-hire): Certified photo records for skip hire and disputes. - [Greenery maintenance](https://www.venzeo.com/en/greenery): Before/after evidence for greenery and grounds tenders. - [Mobile app](https://www.venzeo.com/en/mobile-app): The capture app for field teams. - [Pricing](https://www.venzeo.com/en/pricing): Field plans and how Request/Personal are quoted. - [Blog](https://www.venzeo.com/en/blog): Explainers on certified photo documentation and provenance. ## Guides & explainers - [What is Venzeo?](https://www.venzeo.com/en/blog/what-is-venzeo): Certified photo documentation for field operations. - [What is Venzeo Intelligence?](https://www.venzeo.com/en/blog/what-is-venzeo-intelligence): The photo, the time, and the location — verified. - [What a certified photo proves](https://www.venzeo.com/en/blog/what-a-certified-photo-proves): The outcome of a Venzeo capture. - [Certified vs ordinary photos](https://www.venzeo.com/en/blog/certified-photos-vs-ordinary-photos): Why an ordinary phone photo doesn't survive a dispute. - [What is C2PA for field operations](https://www.venzeo.com/en/blog/what-is-c2pa-field-operations): The open provenance standard, explained. - [Timestamp camera apps vs Venzeo Intelligence](https://www.venzeo.com/en/blog/timestamp-camera-apps-vs-venzeo-intelligence): Why burned-in date stamps prove nothing. - [Court-admissible photo evidence: a non-lawyer's guide](https://www.venzeo.com/en/blog/court-admissible-photo-evidence-non-lawyers-guide): The forensic-examiner argument. - [Chain of custody for photo evidence](https://www.venzeo.com/en/blog/chain-of-custody-for-photo-evidence): Keeping evidence defensible end to end. - [GDPR-clean photo workflows](https://www.venzeo.com/en/blog/gdpr-clean-photo-workflows): Compliance-aligned field capture. - [Provenance vs post-hoc detection](https://www.venzeo.com/en/blog/provenance-vs-post-hoc-detection): Why provenance at capture beats detecting fakes later. - [GenAI auto-insurance fraud in 2026](https://www.venzeo.com/en/blog/genai-auto-insurance-fraud-2026): The fraud trend Request is built for. ## Optional - [IPFS for evidence storage](https://www.venzeo.com/en/blog/ipfs-for-evidence-storage): Tamper-resistant long-term preservation. - [Venzeo evidence pack: PDF, PAdES, IPFS](https://www.venzeo.com/en/blog/venzeo-evidence-pack-pdf-pades-ipfs): What an exported evidence pack contains. - [The $20 photo that replaces a $400 inspection](https://www.venzeo.com/en/blog/20-dollar-photo-replaces-400-dollar-inspection): Remote verification economics. - [Trademark](https://www.venzeo.com/en/trademark): Venzeo™ brand and trademark usage. - [Privacy policy](https://www.venzeo.com/en/privacy-policy) - [Terms and conditions](https://www.venzeo.com/en/terms-and-conditions)
