Storage covers every photo, video, and generated report on your account. As a rule of thumb, 1 GB holds around 5,000 photos at 2 MP or around 100 minutes of HD 720p video. Each plan includes a generous allowance; if you need more, add the Extra storage add-on or contact sales.

You keep what you captured. Your account stays in read-only export mode for a window after cancellation so you can download your full archive — photos, videos, structured reports, and the captured verification data (time, location, sensor and device signals). If you purchased the Photo Certification or Court-admissible reports add-ons, the C2PA signatures and IPFS-anchored hashes on those specific records remain independently verifiable forever, regardless of whether your Venzeo™ account is active.
A device is one mobile installation that captures photos in the field — typically one phone or tablet per crew member. A web user is one login to the dispatcher web app that reviews, tags, searches, and exports reports. Most teams need more devices than web users. Need more of either? Add Device or Web User seats from your account; pricing and limits are shown in the plan table above.
Yes. The mobile app captures photos in the field even with no signal — timestamps, GPS, sensor readings, and device signals are recorded at capture and queued on the device. As soon as connectivity returns, captures sync to Venzeo™ for verification and, if you've purchased the Photo Certification add-on, for C2PA certification. Recipients of One-Time Report links do need a connection to receive and respond to the request.
Venzeo™ Intelligence verifies the authenticity of every photo, plus its time and location data, to minimise the chance of fraudulent or tampered evidence reaching your team. For records that need to stand up in court, the Photo Certification and Court-admissible reports add-ons sign captures under C2PA (Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity), wrap them in PAdES-signed PDFs, and anchor hashes in IPFS — the open standards EU courts use to evaluate digital evidence. For GDPR: optional on-device face/plate blurring, EU data centres, ISO 27001, configurable retention. We publish concrete tender language teams can paste into RFPs.
